Messrs. Yeddor. I. Almedarle Street, LONDON. Issued No. DN-S8 - O.H.MEM/HWC. We have now completed the work in accordance with your instructions and the car has been finally tested. First, a special axle had been fitted as a special experiment in order to deal with the exceptional conditions required. By experienced springs to prevent failing under [illegible due to stamp] conditions and we feel that discontinuing [illegible due to stamp]. [illegible paragraph concerning tyres, baffles and road conditions] We come now to the front wheel brakes, the various steering bearings as pre-loaded on the steering joint, and as to equal [sessionly?], that the severe steering that revolves in time; dangerous steering shudder which may be undesirable, and the steering will become tighter when it is released. We feel it is necessary to point this out for the information. under the circumstances we will [illegible]. In our opinion [illegible] in the front wheels, you will find a satisfactory solution.
