BRAKES.

You will note from the Daily Reports that the front brakes are wearing considerably more rapidly than the rears. We note in this connection that there is no pull-off spring fitted to the bottom arm T.2. of the servo T lever, as shown in the diagram of Wraith brake system and also mentioned by AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} to the writer when in Derby.

We have received and replied to your telegram re. servo star springs. We give herewith a sketch of the groove which has worn in the spindle. You will note that the judders have disappeared so we have not changed the discs and cams.
