As a matter of actual fact, we were on the point of despatching to you yesterday, the second gauge set called for by your orders to K.S.175; the first set having been sent to you at the time of the return of the tank. We were able to stop this set from being despatched, and we are sending you two units for this installation, in case you should have had a further tank through the same as the old one. If on the other hand you are able to alter the second tank which is manufactured to the new agreed direction, then the alternative unit which we have sent you will be suitable. We shall be much obliged if you will watch this set which has the two units with it, as it may come through to your department for fitting up. Re 20 h.p.K.S.155 and 40/50 h.p. K.S.162, we enclose two copies of each of the new drawings to these numbers, showing the vertical bell type units, and we think that the only alteration which you will require to make to these, will be moving the unit sideways, so as to come closer to the near side baffle.
