CL/GW.20.9.37.

But we are not keen about this Lucas system which has certain disadvantage.

Will you please consider the matter in the hope of finding some way of embodying a simple but effective form of control in the steering column.

It is appreciated that it may not be possible to introduce any form of control into the column at present because the space available may be insufficient, but some re-arrangement of the column may become necessary at a later date and it may be possible to take that opportunity of introducing the indicator control.

Possibly it would be best to retain the time switch form of control.
