The production of a new 29-slot armature for a 40-50 HP chassis starter motor.

Coverley - Production Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst: BY/RD1/W.25-11-32. x403 602 40-50 H.P.Chassis. -Starter Motor- As requested by Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst., we have produced a new armature having 29 slots ; will you please put one in hand in accordance with Armature Assembly D.73708. All the material can be obtained from 40-50 Production to L.O.P. D.73571, except the following :- D.73707 - Armature Strip. D.73708 - Armature Assembly. The number of armature slots needs a new Commutator to L.O.P. D.73710, and the majority of the parts called for on that Part List are standard with the exception of :- D.73709 - Commutator Bar.
