Could you now advise me of the exact date on which you will be able to hand this car over to the Sales for their inspection and test, and also the date on which you wish to receive it again from the Sales in Paris. I suggest that the latter date should be on the morning of the 7th day following that on which it is handed over to Sales. This information is required as soon as possible so that all the necessary arrangements may be made for suitably housing the car in the vicinity of London and arranging for it's transport to France, also to make certain that the necessary officials will be available whilst the car is in our hands.
