Dear Sir,

We have received intimation from Lord Rothes that we may anticipate receiving the above car at our Works during next week for the new insulation scheme to be installed, the cost of which is £7. 16. 0.

Further instructions have also been received to carry out the following work:-

Eliminate vibration in ventilator window when open.

Adjust interior mirror for proper position.

Fit mirror to offside of car.

As soon as the car arrives we shall be pleased to give special attention to these matters, but in the meantime we shall be glad if you will kindly arrange to forward to us the extended oil union and petrol cock which are necessary for the insulation scheme.

Yours faithfully,
for PARK WARD & CO, LTD.
