DUNLOP TYRES - SEASON 1938/9 I have referred to G. {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} the "Development Concession" rebate, payable quarterly, Mr. Shankland wishes to incorporate in the Tyre contract, and G. {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} states he can make the necessary arrangements. As far as Wire Wheels and Hubs are concerned, Les. {Ivan A. Leslie} is aware of the 5% reduction and in agreement. I am accordingly concluding arrangements with the Dunlop Co. but reminding Mr. Shankland that in his letter to you re Tyres, he made no mention of such quarterly rebate scheme. ROY. {Mr H.
