Re: Chassis No. 7-EX.
Fittings for spare wheel carried in rear of frame.

With reference to my recent conversation with you regarding the possibility of requiring in the near future a set of fittings for carrying the spare wheel at the back of a present standard New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I for fitting to Sir John Latta's new car, which will be delivered before this becomes standard, I understand that the set of fittings removed from 7-EX should be available for this purpose.

Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} has had instructions to remove these from 7-EX before sale and to return them to the Experimental Department. On receipt will you please put them aside, if not otherwise required, in which case let me know and hold them for this purpose.

CWB.
