X. 3066 (2). 14.2.21. ROUTINE FOR STANDARDISATION SHEETS. (1) Sheet prepared in pencil by Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} (mechanical parts), or EFC. (electrical parts) typed, and submitted for approval and signature (2) Typed copies submitted to Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Ey. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} PN.{Mr Northey} and EWT. for R.R.Inc. for remarks and signatures and one copy kept, copy submitted to D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} in duplicate for costs. Ws. advised of probable standardisation of part. (3) On completion of (2), sheets made up with remarks costs etc. and signatures so far, and submitted to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} for remark and signature. (4) Sheets now again made up and submitted to R.{Sir Henry Royce} and J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} for their remarks and signature. (5) On completion of (4) if all are in agreement sheets are again made up complete and copies distributor to all concerned, including EWT. for R.R.Inc. Part is then considered standard and is so instructed by Ey. (6) Copies filed under X. No. and in special file. EFC. | ||
