Improved Type Lucas Headlights

Production of these Lamps is proceeding slowly, and various design modifications are on the tapis.
From present indications I should assume - and in this E and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wst concur - it will be at least 4-5 months before we shall be in a position to instruct bulk supplies.

Meantime we have concluded arrangements with Messrs. Lucas that they continue manufacture of our present type headlamp, P.100.R, on the understanding that as and when we standardise the improved type lamp they will accept cancellation of any P.100.R lamps then outstanding.

Beyond this I am afraid we cannot go at the moment.
