"47941" 8 Expl: Dept: Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., Derby. 17th. Dec. 1928. Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, France. Mr. Hancock from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} As you realise, we are very anxious that the tests you are running should run through without any trouble. We have explained the reasons for this previously. We are arranging to send a pair of front springs to Paris for spares in case you require them. We think you should take as a basis that the car as it was tried by PN.{Mr Northey} and CWB. is satisfactory, it is only the faults which occur during the run that need attention.
