X.3922 (struck through) X990 - CHASSIS 81-TW - NORTHEY TRIALS. Upon receipt of yours Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/TMW1/LG1.d.21, we wrote Sales drawing their attention to your letter hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/TMW5/LG 27.11.20 in which you gave instructions that the tyres were to be returned to the Dunlop Co's Dept. 1, Albany Street, NW.{N. Walker - Patents}1. and the wheels were to be put into stock. We are now in receipt of a note from Sales stating that the tyres were returned to the Dunlop Co's Dept on the 7th. Dec. and the wheels are being retained in their stock. With regard to the tyres, they state that same have not been invoiced to them and consequently they have received no credit. I think it possible that the tyres may have been invoiced to us, in which case we should claim credit. Will you please investigate this matter, as of course if the tyres have been invoiced to us, it is essential that credit be obtained. Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} | ||
