6 appear to reduce the amount of free ferrite, but these points should be confirmed by the laboratory. AEC use a similar analysis to Midland Cyl. Co except that they use more phosphorus. The phosphorus content is increased if the liners are used as cast & not heat treated, in this case the phosphorus is 0.8% - 1.1%. R.{Sir Henry Royce} Maodine. | ||
