R.R. 493A (50m) (D.B. 175 25-9-24) J.H.D. EXPERIMENTAL REPORT. -2- Expl. No. REF HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/LG4.6.25. exceeded 16°C. A normal car in standard condition, if the atmospheric temperature exceeded 20.2°C. Naturally a car fitted with a heavy closed body is always at a disadvantage as the amount of full throttle work is affected by the weight of the car. We did not change the thermometer on the car. We think it was a very useful test to have had the car at the Works, it has shewn us the possible variations which can occur. We shall try and get out a test so that the variations can be measured whilst the cars are on test. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
