(2) Would it be good to have damping friction on the pivot? Spring finger Say 1 lb. on fibre disc. Say 1/2" dia. top & bottom. Creating say 10% friction of return spring. Could we also reduce rebound and scrub tungsten (very hard points) clean by movement between the points - X8793 Difficult to know how to do this without up-setting the bedding.
