The J.R. Engineering Co.,Ltd.,

LONDON. N.W.10.

For the attention of Mr. Ridlington.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of the 27th instant.

I am very sorry that I have been unable to send you the sample bumper as promised, but the motor-car concerned has not been in Derby.

As I am going to be away from the Works for two weeks, I will try to make the necessary arrangements immediately I return.

Yours faithfully,

For ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
