We should like you to prepare a design
for a braking inertia control built inside the governor
unit, as we hope this will enable us to avoid using such
high initial damper loads on cars going to France.

At the moment we are criticised on the
Bentley in England for the initial damper load being too
hard, and in France it is considered too soft. We are
therefore searching for a solution to a car which is
set for English conditions being satisfactory for the
Continent.
