It was therefore not unnatural that we should be somewhat disappointed with the performance of this car as indicated by (a) the speedometer,and (b) the revolution counter.

Thank you also for copy of extract from Sr's report,which I have read with interest. I note he agrees with us that the car does not possess a high enough maximum speed. As regards the springing, Sr. would of course have far better opportunities of testing it over bad roads and pave than we have. I find it very difficult to discover a really bad road nowadays, so that my criticism was mostly concerning the ride at low speeds.
I should be interested to read the rest of Sr's report, as I believe that there is some criticism of other features which to some extent corresponds with our own views, i.e. shock absorber control effectiveness and the body.
