Carburetter - Sec.5080

Please receive herewith a blue print of each of the following:

RE.1342 Flame Arrester Body 1 off
RE.1343 Retaining Piece 1 off
RE.1346 C.Sk.Screw 4 off

The following "K" parts will also be required:

Cheese Head Screws.

K.1804. 3 BA. Retaining Piece to Flame Arrester. M/S. 4 off.

Spring Washers.

K.9005 3 BA. Retaining Piece to Flame Arrester S/CS.4 off.

The above parts are for fitting to the Solex Carburettor, Type FFUSL, the flange of which has four holes tapped with a metric thread. The carburetter should, therefore, be ordered with the flange undrilled so that the flange can be drilled and tapped by us to receive 2.B.A. screws.

A detail of the actual wire mesh flame arrester unit will be issued when particulars of this unit are available.
