Will you please note that as soon as it is agreed that you are on the official Driving List, and you are using your private car on firm's business, applications for supplementary petrol should be made on R.M.S.1. forms in the usual way and these forms, together with your Registration books should be handed to me. I will then see that they are passed to the right quarters at the Divisional Petroleum Office. This method will facilitate return of coupons.
