R.R. 235 A (100 T) (S.F. 846. 6-8-19) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 2460. Contd. X.2675 -2- Ck{Mr Clark}4/T16.1.20. there would be more cars wired with the present Glover cable than with the now obsolete Lucas cable. Further, the consequent change of colours is only one in place of two changes. It would seem worth while to ask Lucas', if you consider they would do this, to alter the colours on the back of the box themselves, so as to bring them into line with our Glover colours. We should be glad if you would consider this point. Regarding the last paragraph of Mr. Platford's note, we have already supplied to Mr. Wyer a reel of No. 30 S.W.G. tin lead fuse wire and it is for Mr. Platford to say whether he finds this wire quite suitable. (This in the Lucas switchbox fuses at 4.3 amperes). It is then agreed by En. what the matter of using this wire will be finally decided at the next Progress Meeting, after which we can instruct Lucas' to supply this wire in their boxes in place of the present, as (which they had offered to do some weeks ago) on receipt of our instructions.
