Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards}15/JH.

6th. January, 1939.

Messrs. Hallam Sleigh & Cheston,
Widney Works,
Bagot St.{Capt. P. R. Strong},
BIRMINGHAM.4.

For the attention of Mr. H.A. Brinkworth.

Dear Sirs,

We beg to acknowledge yours of the 4th. inst. and note with interest your remarks.

According to the attached sheet on the Widney 'Tritherm' heater, it would appear that you are marketing a water heater, and we should be interested to have any further information on this that you can supply. We should also like to know the cost of the job in quantities of 300, and also the costof the various major component parts such as matrix, motor rheostat (if fitted) and defroster, details of the latter item being especially appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
