R.R. 348c (50 H) (F 889. 25.4.10). E.P. 6583. DEPARTMENTAL MEMO. X507 C2/H71110. Issued 7th Nov. 1910. This column is for Name of Person addressed. DATE. W. Johnson. 7.11.10. Shall I send out the attached circular please. W. Cowen. Mr. Barrington. 10.11.10. Mine Re your memo attached TEB19/T41110, with regard to advising coachbuilders as regards distributing the weight, I think what we want to do is to take several cases of loads. That is to say the loads vary. Some people carry two spare rims; some people carry electro dynamos for lighting purposes; and so on. Show how these loads can best be disposed of, and then we could send our notice round to the coachbuilders, but it is quite certain that if we leave the coachbuilders to deal with the matter it will never be done.
