8104- EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/MA. 5.12.32. III PEREGRINE. We recently gave this car a good run and raise the following points :- (1) There are no mud lips on the wings. The result is the car gets smothered in mud everywhere. As we have previously found the shape of the lip largely dictates the efficiency of a wing (See 10-EX. wing experiments) and we should therefore be glad if you would give the matter your attention. (2) The ventilators are highly disconcerting when passing through a water splash as they direct a jet of cold fluid onto the occupant of the adjacent seat.
