And at MANCHESTER and NEW YORK. November 30th 1926. Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Attn: Chief Designer. Dear Sirs, We should like to bring to your attention that Mr. A.C. Ross, Purchasing Agent of the American Division of your Company is perfectly satisfied with the Autopulse Petrol system, and states in writing that he is absolutely in favour of the Autopulse. However, it is mentioned in his letter that you on this side must approve of any alterations on your standard Chassis. Mr. Ross suggests that we "strenuously take the matter up" to use his own words with the Works at Derby. We should very much like to come along at your convenience, and arrange for the fitting of a 12 volt Autopulse, when we feel sure that your tests will convince you that our instrument is more satisfactory in every way than the Vacuum system. Awaiting your views, Yours very truly, [Signature] p.p. R.M. PAPELIAN LIMITED.
