For the attention of Mr. W. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Robotham.

Re: Electric Petrol Gauge.

We beg to thank you for your letter of the 22nd inst., and note that you will be prepared to test the above instrument. We will go ahead with this job with all despatch.

We should be obliged if you would let us have the following information:-

1. The position of the tank as mounted on the chassis relative to ground level. This is required for purposes of accurate calibration.

2. The length of cable required from the tank attachment to Meter on Instrument Board?

3. What finish is required on the Meter:-
(a). Dial,
(b). Rim,
(c). Whether slot illuminated or bevelled glass.

4. Voltage of lighting equipment and whether coil or magneto ignition or both?

This information will enable us to submit a test
