PARTS WORN EXCESSIVELY AFTER 10,000 MILES.

Clutch pedal on pedal shaft.
Front brake actuating shafts - very sloppy in the outer bearings on the axle.
Rear shackle pins of front road springs.

CONTROLS.

Bracket on rear cylinder block that carries bell crank lever for operating magneto advance and retard.

Ball end loose in lever from ignition relay oil servo.

Step aside countershaft (accelerator pedal control) from frame side member to engine crankcase - very sloppy in its bearings. The pins in the lever at the crankcase end of the above shaft has become loose.

Shaft carrying throttle governor cam - worn very sloppy in its bearings.

Bearings in aluminium cap of ignition relay oil servo - worn sloppy allowing bad oil leaks.
