B.60. INLET VALVE GUIDES.

On the engines which have the increased inlet valve lift i.e. .437 and .450, it will be necessary to reduce the height of the guides.

Herewith PD.294 shewing the modification. It will be noticed also that in a cylinder head with a ratio of 7 to 1, the valve if it remains open just fouls the piston top.
