We may later have to modify the needle taper. Other parts as shown in original schemes. Re/L.Swindall. The experience we have had with the S.U. carburetters has shown that the type of air valve with a central guide is definitely a more reliable job than our standard type. We have always accepted that our type of air valve was liable to stick and made special provision so that it could be easily got at to be cleaned.
