BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} FROM E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Copy to SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Copy to F.{Mr Friese} Copy to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ORIGINAL EL/M25.1.30 x4433 COMPRESSION IGNITION ENGINE. In reply to your memo. BY/CGH{W Clough}6/G23130., the address of the Powerplus Co. is 329 High Holborn. London. W.C. 1. We note that you wish to obtain dimensioned blueprints of the blower, so we are sending you herewith two blueprints which we ourselves received - Nos. 6443/73. and 6443/73/2. These appear to refer to the blower in question. We are also sending you per passenger train the actual model of the blower which we have been using for reference. This model will have to be returned, to be exchanged for an opposite hand type to suit the scheme that is being put through for the compression ignition unit. I had intended to bring the model with me personally to Derby on Feb. 3., but I believe it will be more useful for you to have it as soon as possible. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} | ||
