ROAD SPRINGS. Y8410 X1360

With reference to attached correspondence in connection with the above. We are working with the object of standardising cadmium plating the leaves on all springs as soon as possible.

The next car to go to France, which we expect will leave shortly, is fitted with such springs.

As regards the bedding of the leaves. This matter has been taken up with WW. and we have recently received a note suggesting a modification.

We are fully alive to the difficulties Sales have to satisfy customers with springing and tests in connection with this are looked upon as the most urgent we have in the Experimental Dept.
