This car has an urgent demonstration appointment at Bradford tomorrow morning and therefore was instructed to be driven to that place to-day. It was found last night that the nearside front hydraulic shock absorber had become faulty. At N. this morning a new shock absorber was fitted in its place and the old one sent to you. Will you please let me have detailed information as to what is the cause of the trouble in this case and whether, if such a thing arises in the future, it will be feasible for N. to deal with any likely repair or adjustment necessary.
