Description of Parts.
WORM & WHEEL ADJUSTMENT FOR OPERATING SLOW RUNNING PLUG ON P.II CARBURETTERS, SLOW SPEED
Origin. SIZE REDUCED FROM .031" to .025".
To obtain satisfactory range of adjustment and to eliminate tendency for air leaks.
Report of Experimental Test.
Present scheme of adjustment has never been entirely satisfactory, because of the ease with which the setting can be altered unwittingly by anyone cleaning down the engine; and also the tendency to air leaks. New scheme is sealed against air leaks, and better slow running has been obtained.
Tested on 22-KX and found to be satisfactory.
