Dear Sirs,

With reference to your enquiry of the 17th. April, which we return herewith, on behalf of the above Company, we have to inform you that the premises known as the Clan Foundry, Belper, were taken over eighteen months ago for Government work and Foundry work is no longer carried out here.

We believe that the Clan Foundry Co., was liquidated before we took over.
