C. from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, c. to SG{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}! X7770 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/LG25.6.28. RE. CAR FOR HENDEN: X180 R.{Sir Henry Royce} is arranging to go to the Pageant next Saturday. It has been arranged that he shall use the London open trials car, but he wishes to return to London [struck through, 'ww.' handwritten below] on his own car 14-EX. It is therefore proposed that our man Dodd shall bring 14-EX car to London on Friday afternoon, leave that car there and go to WW. with the open trials car; he will then drive R.{Sir Henry Royce} to Hendon. After the Pageant he will drive R.{Sir Henry Royce} to where 14-EX car is garaged so that R.{Sir Henry Royce} can return to WW. on this car. Will you please let us know where we can garage 14-EX car on Friday night. What we should like is a lock-up garage because this is the car with the semi elliptic rear springs.
