I am in agreement with the recommendations made in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.4/MH.{M. Huckerby}8.2.38. If we make a change on an article we invariably have to bring the Suppliers up to a certain standard. This standard J.R. Engineering Co. already know, and I therefore consider that the suggestion put forward by Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} that they concentrate on obtaining from Wilmot Breeden Bumpers for Bentley 111 and Bentley 50 at a reduced price and of the same quality as those made by the J.R.
