BUMPER BARS.

I am in agreement with the recommendations made in Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.4/MH.{M. Huckerby}8.2.38. If we make a change on an article we invariably have to bring the Suppliers up to a certain standard. This standard J.R. Engineering Co. already know, and I therefore consider that the suggestion put forward by Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} that they concentrate on obtaining from Wilmot Breeden Bumpers for Bentley 111 and Bentley 50 at a reduced price and of the same quality as those made by the J.R. Engineering Co. to be the right policy. This will obviously take time, and we cannot afford at this stage to make a change on Wraith.
