Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 5th inst. in connection with the standardization of D.W.S. Permanent Jacks on the 20/25 h.p. Cars. We note that you would like a sample of the actual Jack which will be supplied, at an early date and we shall do our best to forward this immediately we can get one through, but you will appreciate that before we can produce the new casing for the Jack, a special tool has to be made which will, of course, take some little time. We also note your remarks with regard to marking 'High' or 'Low' on the two-speed geared operating handle and think your suggestion of having this actually cast on the box, is probably the most satisfactory way of dealing with the matter and we shall make provision for this, accordingly.
