Re: Road springs creaking on 20-HP Cars centrally lubricated

We are receiving complaints of squeaking springs on those cars the spring leaves of which are automatically lubricated. I think it is a question of easing off high spots, and maybe once this is effected the lubrication scheme will prevent further trouble.

P.S.- R.R. of America I believe put their springs through a bumping jig test before fitting them to the cars.
