[Handwritten] YES Please arrange Tom DAMPERS. --------- The idea which is under consideration to cut out the governor control which raises the resistance as the speed rises, is a major change which demands accurate comparisons, I therefore suggest we need to make almost instantaneous changes. Changing from car to car to compare is full of pitfalls, I want a scheme arranging which surely could be easily schemed to have a control which will cut out or let in the governor control at will. After all, it is an issue which has to be finally adjudicated on by customers, and we must have positive evidence before we make such a change. BY. {R.W.
