Future Work.

We can secure a tendency to work into mesh both on the drive and on the over-run whatever the friction of the bearings, by reversing the hand of the two gears on the reverse shaft. This means that all of the gears in the box must be changed over in hand and the spiral splines for the first speed sleeve likewise.

We shall be issuing instructions to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} accordingly.
