FRAME JELLYING - 40/50 HP.

We have recently had a report from Hancock in France referring to 19-EX, in which he says - "On one of the rough roads travelling at 50 m.p.h., the radiator movement was very bad as also were bonnet knocks!"

We know that we have cars running on the road which are heaps worse than 19-EX for jellying.

In Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/MA.18.8.32. we asked for a design for mounting the radiator on the engine. Last year Hancock tried in France an experimental design for mounting the radiator on the engine, on the worst car for jellying we know of - a London Trials car 60-JS.{Mr Johnson's Secretary} Hancock claimed 75% improvement.

Before 19-EX returns to France with the bigger bore engine, we should like to fit the new design for mounting a radiator on the engine.
