Insulated Plug Terminals
pulling off wires;

We are amazed at West's memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wst.7/JH.
15.7.37, dismissing a real trouble in such a cursory manner.

The first para-graph is not true. "B" Bank
is fitted with Helsby cable which has given the same trouble
as the Johnson & Phillips on "A" Bank to which he refers.

The second paragraph is also untrue.
GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} has reported that the trouble exists in service, and
Bullamore tells us that he has frequently met with the same
thing in the Test Department on new chassis.
