We hand you herewith five Ph.III oil coolers,
numbers as follows:-
F.263
F.358
F.83
F - no number.
F - no number.

The first of these failed in service on 3.BU.26 car and was returned to thewriter for examination, and the remaining four have been tested to destruction and sectioned, for development purposes.

Will you please return all these coolers to Messrs. Marstons and instruct them to use any of the parts which are intact (not tubes, of course). Any credit for these parts should be booked to the Experimental Dept.
