WRAITH 111 - REVISED HIGH FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING.

Herewith please receive E.CD.61 Triangular High Front Engine Mounting.

Will you please detail and instruct experimentally as soon as possible.

This design combines the engine support with the frame crossmember, so that the existing channel cross-member behind the radiator is deleted.

On the engine, it will be necessary to find a new position for the oil relief valves, as the engine support fouls this unit in its present position, a further design is in hand to show the new position of relief valves on the wheelcase.

The engine torque dampers are not shown on this drawing, as it is not intended to control the torque from the nose bearing, a further scheme will show the new torque dampers.

The facing on the cylinder block for engine support is modified, and we have shown a scrap view for adaption of the new engine mounting to existing cylinder blocks. Longer rubber connections are called for on the bottom water pipe to allow for the extra engine movement.
