BIRMINGHAM, 8.

Dear Morris,

I took up the matter of injection pumps for petrol with Oliver Boden two or three weeks ago, and possibly the repercussions of my remarks have by now reached the S.U. Company.

The fact remains that I am most anxious to help you develop a cheap pump unit which might be suitable for an economical car engine.

I would be glad, therefore, if you would let me know as soon as you have anything that could be tested.

I am awaiting the arrival of the new type carburetter with the greatest interest.

Yours sincerely,
