XJ15 To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} re Peregrine Control Quadrant. We send you herewith: LeC. 3504 showing three modifications to improve the appearance. No.1. The top dome we think will look better if a bead is formed circumferentially at the base. No.2. The suggestion by H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Smith of chromium plating the track holder we think is good and should be tried. No.3. The whole of the internal mechanism should be a dull black finish so that the eye does not see any of the detail when looking through the lever apertures. E/JNR.{Charles L.
