Still watch progress with magnesium, but on cars we must save money. HL. says magnesium will not save weight for equal strength.

In our 6-cyl. car engines it is so enormously important to have the very lightest possible piston and little end, that magnesium should be tried now, and from time to time.

It will be noticed that the German piston Z.Nr.K.1077 is very like ours. I send this print to Mr.Elliott. The scraper ring is drained top and bottom? We don't favour this, but it might be tried and confirmed as wrong.
