September addressed for the attention of our Mr. Van Vestraut, with reference to two sets of Hydraulic Jacks which we have had the pleasure of supplying to you. We would advise you that these two sets of Jacks have been charged for record purposes, and in the event of your giving us a contract, we would adjust the invoices to contract price. If no contract is passed, then you will probably prefer to return the Jacks to us when we will give you credit in full for the amount charged. Trusting this is entirely satisfactory to you.
