COMPARISON OF GOSHAWK 11. FANS WITH & WITHOUT COWLING.

Referring to your report on the above, Mr. Royce would like you to test the cowling on the road with a following wind, engine doing full power, either with brakes on or uphill, preferably a stiff up-grade with following wind.
